We always accept your return/exchange of eligible products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, rest assured that all unworn products are eligible for a refund—excluding Clearance/Discontinued items which are marked "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return. Your satisfaction is our commitment, and we strive to provide you with the finest quality open-box and regular products and service. All items returned must be in their original condition in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. Items must be returned within the allowed timeframe. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return to be processed. You may return any eligible product postmarked within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. • Warehouse / Final Sale – These items are products or colors that we have recently discontinued. No returns or exchanges are accepted on discontinued items. Final Sale items can be up to 90% off the original retail price. All sales are final on closeout items: no returns or exchanges are accepted. This is noted on the product pages.
• Sale – TWC is proud to offer retail markdowns site-wide. All items are on sale. Regular-priced items that are on sale are fully backed with The Wig Company Guarantee and returnable.
