Note: There is a different exchange policy for 'TWC Exclusive Brands' and a spearate exchange policy for all 'Other Brands' (Non TWC Exclusive Brands) sold on the website.

EXCHANGE POLICY - TWC EXCLUSIVE BRANDS

At The Wig Company you can always order TWC Exclusive Brands 'risk free'. If for any reason an item is not to your liking, exchange your eligible products for FREE. . . no restocking fees like other internet sites.

  • No Restocking Fees on Exchange orders on TWC Exclusive Brands.  Shipping charges will apply.
  • Any additional money due should be remitted with your exchange request payable to The Wig Company by check, money order or credit card.
  • Any balance remaining after your exchange order is processed will be refunded by the original method of payment.

'TWC EXCLUSIVE BRANDS' PRODUCTS EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Hair products must be:

  • Returned in original factory condition and in original packaging, with copy of original invoice enclosed.
  • Labels, tags attached.
  • Odor free, unworn, not cut or washed.
  • Postmarked within 30 days of ship date if TWC Exclusive Brands item.
  • Postmarked within 14 days of ship date if a 'Other Brand' brand item (Non TWC Exclusive Brands).
  • 'FINAL SALE' items are not eligible.
  • Some selected items in the TWC Outlet may be marked '14 DAY RETURN'.
If any item is ineligible for exchange we will call or email you with these options:
  • We can return your item(s) to you at your cost.
  • Donate your item(s) to the American Cancer Society. We will credit your account with us for 25% off a future purchase from The Wig Company, for your donation to charity.
IMPORTANT: THE CONTENTS OF PARCELS LACKING PROPER INDENTIFCATION, OR A COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE WILL BE DONATED 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT

At The Wig Company it is not necessary to call before shipping your items.
  • Save time and money... use TWC's E-Z Label™ pre-addressed return label from any domestic shipping address.
  • An E-Z Label is enclosed in every outbound package from The Wig Company. This is not a free service. A one-time fee of $8.45 will be charged.
  • Read the E-Z Label instructions on the back of your pack slip.
  • If you choose not to use the E-Z Label™ service or are returning from outside the United States, please send your package insured and traceable, using the pre-addressed, perforated label on the front side of the pack slip enclosed with your order.
  • It is your responsibility to properly indentify your returned parcel with your name and current address.
  • Some selected items in the TWC Outlet may be marked '14 DAY RETURN' or 'FINAL SALE'. This will be stated on the invoice/pack slip.
  • 'FINAL SALE' items are not eligible for exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY - 'OTHER BRAND' PRODUCTS (Non TWC Exclusive Brands)

The Wig Company will waive all fees associated with your first eligible exchange. (See 'Other Brand' Exchange Eligibility below)

'OTHER BRAND' EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • To be eligible for exchange, items must be in original factory condition and in original packaging.
  • If the hair goods are cut, washed, exposed to odors (such as cigarette smoke or perfume), or if heat has been applied in any manner they will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Items must be neither worn nor altered in any way, including the removal of tags or labels.
  • Package must be postmarked within 14 days of the ship date.
  • Standard shipping/processing charges apply to all exchange items.
  • Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
