I ordered the petite cap size and it fits very well on my head. For reference, my measurements:
Circumference: 20.5 inches (52 cm)
Ear to ear: 12.5 inches (31.5 cm)
Front to back: 12 inches (30.5 cm)
While I would say this is a medium to lower density, it seemed to have some permatease on top. I went to my stylist and had bangs cut into the piece. This was quite easy to do. She thinned out some of the hair on top, but it still feels a little “wiggy” to me. People who do not know me believe it is real hair. The ear tabs sit a little high and since I do have bio hair that matches the wig’s color, I simply blended it with a rat tail comb.

I am a breast cancer survivor and I'm on my second Miley Small Mono in 2 months. I follow all proper care with all the expensive combs and products known to man and it just tangles, sheds, and rats up after a few days of wearing it. I have a very petite head so my options are very limited. If I had more alternatives this one wouldn't even be an option.
