Shipping & Returns
Using a wide tooth comb or soft bristle brush, comb through the top and part area. Select your part and rub or massage the base or knots to redirect the hair. This longer length is heat defiant so use your curling iron or flat iron to touch up the style. Keep hot tools at a heat setting under 350 degrees.
Washing:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

- Hang to air dry or place on a folding wig stand (avoid drying on a Styrofoam head)
Styling:
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull
