Keep a detangling comb with you and comb throughout the day. If you will be active or in the sun I recommend putting in a low pony or braid to protect. Brush through the top and part and rub the front hairline back to keep the layers in the front from falling forward. Shimmy your brush on the part area to liven up with the hair.
NEW LUXLITE CAP® 100% HAND TIED EXTENDED LACE MONO PART
Washing:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

- Hang to air dry or place on a folding wig stand (avoid drying on a Styrofoam head)
Styling:
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull
