The length and style is perfect for creating a bun or braid. Use a curling iron and wrap the hair around it for a soft wave. Always allow the hair to cool before releasing the curl. To change or straighten back, use heat. Never exceed 350 degrees. When applying this pony, create a tight bun with your own hair. Place the combs along the perimeter and tighten the drawstring. Be sure to tuck in the drawstring end inside the pocket to conceal.
Washing
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat
