It feels like my experience is a little different with Bryce, I don’t know if it’s dependent on the color? I allllmost didn’t buy it because of the reviews but took a chance because the style was one that looked like a good addition to my hairdrobe. The color I purchased was Malibu Blonde (12fs12). The hair is soft and bouncy, and the layers look great. It’s possible to do sort of mermaid-y curls but I wanted early 80’s big healthy waves so I hairsprayed the sides back. The only minus I guess is that the part is very dense but nothing a little foundation couldn’t fix. Wigs.com is so good with returns, maybe take a chance if you like thr wtule

I absolutely love this wig and I am not used to wearing longer wigs only shoulder length. I love the flattering longer bangs it was easy to get a slight flip to the left side since I usually don't do a middle part. I think the layers are flattering and the fiber is so soft and very lightweight considering how much hair it looks like it has. The cap is comfy and fits well. It's my first Jon Renau wig. I am in love with the color shaded mocha it's so close to my bio color and my favorite of my 4 wigs. These pics are right out of the box basically with minimal combing.

First let me say that the color and style are amazing on Bryce. However the fibers are quite dull and sadly it brought disappointment. My go to designers are Jon Renau and Noriko and this is the first time in 5 years of wearing wigs that I was let down by the quality of the wig fiber’s.
Prior to ordering Bryce I did some research and the reviews on your website were negative as customers had similar experiences. The reason I purchased Bryce was because I watched a YouTube video from Tazs wig reviews and she loved it so I went for the buy.
Once I received Bryce I sent and email to customer service and this is their reply” We are sorry you are experiencing some frustrations with this order. Unfortunately, even though all three of these pieces are synthetic with each piece there is a 3% gradience in color as well as texture. I would suggest trying our renew shampoo as well as leaving conditioner to help rehydrate this piece as it is not connected to a life source and therefore may be lacking the proper hydration. I have linked our 3 piece must-haves for synthetic wigs below.”
These are products that I already use and they did not renew Bryce.
We need better solutions for these types of concerns. A wig purchase is an investment and my wigs are a reflection of my persona and well being.
Would I order Bryce again? Only if I could guarantee that the fibers would be the same quality of my Rachel or Zara. I feel that the 3 percent suggestion from customer service is…

The style is awesome. Lightweight and very natural. The color I went with is a change for me and I’m still trying to get use to the lighter color. I love the style and have it in a little darker. Attached the light and darker photo

Beautiful, light wig with realistic body, waves. Comfortable cap fits petite/avg well. I wish that I could find a color that I like, but I have not. I almost kept 24BT18S8 SHADED MOCHA but I prefer more warmth (gold or auburn tones) and more shading in the longer nape length. I only saw shading in the rooting/crown. Some Bryce wigs had shorter curtain bangs than others.
