Most Stunning Statements styles are made with the premium synthetic fiber - Excelle™ fiber. This soft, natural-looking, 100% polyester fiber can be heat-styled to achieve just the look you want.
Styling (if you must):
Unlike your own hair, Excelle fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 300oF (148oC) is perfect. Do not go above 350oF/177oC.
- Never heat style while wearing the piece.
Coming Clean:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber).
- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet.
- Hang to air dry. Done!
Washing:
- Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water. Soak for 5 minutes

- Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
Styling:
- Unlike your own hair, the fiber only sets after it cools. Pin or hold the hair in the curl shape until it's cool, then release!
- 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C
- Never heat style while wearing the piece
- To change again use heat

Styling:
- Avoid using heat styling tools like a blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron.
- To smooth or re-curl, use a round metal brush and the HUW Hair Steamer.
- For excess shine, use dry shampoo to dull
