I have been using these for years. They are so easy and fast to put on and distribute your hair close the open top, pin and your ready to put your wig on and go. Your pins don't make holes in these as they are a mesh instead of the regular panty hose type fabric the regular ones are made of. Worth the extra money.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - TWC®EXCLUSIVE BRANDS

  1. Your returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date on the front of the invoice, unless otherwise stated.

  2. You must include the original invoice, with a reason code checked.

  3. It is NOT NECESSARY to call us before shipping your item(s).

  4. When you purchase a TWC® Exclusive Brand item, if you are not satisfied with your color, size or style selections, you can exchange eligible items for NO EXCHANGE FEE.

  5. You will not be charged return shipping for the first exchange only. For additional exchanges, standard shipping/processing charges will apply.

  6. To be eligible for exchange, items must be in original factory condition and in original packaging. Items must be neither worn nor altered in any way, including the removal of tags or labels. If cut, washed or exposed to odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume, the hairgoods will not be accepted for exchange.

  7. Please prepay all charges for return delivery of your item(s) to TWC®. For your convenience, use the peel-off label provided on front of the invoice.

  8. Please insure your package and retain the receipt. Allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

  9. Reimbursement for all TWC® exclusive brand items will be given by the original payment method.

  10. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly bankcard statement.
