TWC® EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICIES



TWC®EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICIES


Note: Two different policies apply to the brands we sell. Please read below


EXCHANGES - CELEBRITY & DESIGNER BRANDS

  1. Your returned package must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date on the front of the invoice.

  2. You must include the original invoice, with a reason code checked.

  3. It is NOT NECESSARY to call us before shipping your item(s).

  4. We can accommodate ONE exchange per item, as long as eligibility requirements are met. A $15.00 Exchange Fee applies to all exchanges. The Exchange Fee is reduced to $5.00 for the first color exchange only.

  5. To be eligible for exchange, items must be in original factory condition and in original packaging. Items must be neither worn nor altered in any way, including the removal of tags or labels. If cut, washed or exposed to odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume, the hairgoods will not be accepted for exchange.

  6. Please prepay all charges for return delivery of your item(s) to TWC®. For your convenience, use the peel-off label provided on front of the invoice.

  7. Please insure your package and retain the receipt. Allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

  8. Shipping/Processing charges are non-refundable.

  9. Standard shipping/processing charges apply to all exchange items.


RETURNS - CELEBRITY & DESIGNER BRANDS

  1. There are NO RETURNS on celebrity and designer brands due to manufacturer's restrictions. Unauthorized returns will incur an Unauthorized Return Handling Fee of 40%.

  2. Reimbursement for celebrity and designer brands will be given as store credit only. Store credits do not expire.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES - TWC®EXCLUSIVE BRANDS

  1. Your returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date on the front of the invoice, unless otherwise stated. Note: Some items in the TWC® Outlet may be marked "14 Day Returns" or "Final Sale". This will be stated on the invoice.

  2. You must include the original invoice, with a reason code checked.

  3. It is NOT NECESSARY to call us before shipping your item(s).

  4. When you purchase a TWC®exclusive brand item, if you are not satisfied with your color, size or style selections, you can exchange eligible items for NO EXCHANGE FEE.

  5. You will not be charged return shipping for the first exchange only. For additional exchanges, standard shipping/processing charges will apply.

  6. To be eligible for exchange, items must be in original factory condition and in original packaging. Items must be neither worn nor altered in any way, including the removal of tags or labels. If cut, washed or exposed to odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume, the hairgoods will not be accepted for exchange.
