If you wish to match Kanekalon^® synthetic hair to your own hair color; TWC^® offers FREE Color Matching Service.

Carefully cut some hair strands form the front or top of your natural hair or cut synthetic hair from a favorite wig.

We will need a fairly thick hair sample – at least 1½" to 2" long. Please tape the swatch to an index card or a sheet of white paper. Once we receive your hair, under processsional color viewing lights, we will select a color that is the best match to the sample you provided.

Option #1: You can complete a printable mail-in order form or an order form from a current TWC^® catalog. Enclose your natural hair sample with you wig order. Once we select your best color match, we will complete your order.

Option #2: You can simply mail us the sample hair strands and request our Matching Service, followed by a phone call advising you of your color options. Then you can complete you next order on the TWC^® website.
