Payment Options

The Wig Company accepts these credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

All Credit Card charges will appear as HairUWear.

In addition we accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.

Online payments can be made using the above mentioned credit cards.

Canadian orders must be paid in US funds.

  1. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of our e-commerce site.
  2. You will be asked to fill out information:

Return and Exchange Policy

At The Wig Company® we want returns and exchanges to be simple and as easy as possible. Please read the below information carefully, as we have recently updated these policies.

We always accept your return or exchange of eligible productsEligible products must be returned in their original factory condition, in original packaging with all original labels and tags still attached, odor free, unworn, not cut or washed, and with a copy of original invoice enclosed.

Return/Exchange Procedures

At The Wig Company® it is not necessary to call ahead before shipping your items back for exchange or return. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Exchange Request Form included with your shipment
    1. Any additional money due should be included with your exchange request payable to “The Wig Company” by check or money order. You may also request we charge the credit card on file. Any balance remaining after your exchange order is processed will be refunded by the original method of payment.
  2. Using the original shipping box, place your eligible product with the original invoice receipt inside and seal securely with tape.

Return Eligibility

We always accept your return or exchange of eligible products. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. All items returned must be in its original condition in its' original packaging with a copy of original invoice enclosed. Items must be returned within allowed timeframe. Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way, including the removal of tags and labels. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return to be processed. You may return any eligible product postmarked within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Items received that are not in eligible condition will be returned at your cost, without refund or exchange applied.

Exchange Procedures

At The Wig Company® it is not necessary to call ahead before shipping your items back for exchange or return. Simply follow these steps:

    2. Using the original shipping box: place your eligible product with the original invoice receipt inside and seal securely with tape.
    3. Using the included E-Z Label™: affix the label to the top of your shipping box. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
      1. Leave the package in your mailbox for pick up or drop it off at your local U.S. Post Office Branch
      2. If you paid with a credit card, that card will be charged a postal fee of $12.95 upon receipt of your return
      3. If you paid with a check or money order, please enclose payment of $12.95 with your returned item.

E-Z Label Return Service

For your convenience we enclose a pre-addressed E-Z Label in every parcel. No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed E-Z Label; you will be charged a return fee upon receipt of your return.

Only returns from within the United States can use the pre-addressed E-Z Label return label. If you are returning from outside the United States, or if you choose not to use the E-Z Label service, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Use the pre-addressed, perforated label on front side of the invoice included in your original package received from The Wig Company®.

If you do not use this service, you will not incur the return shipping fee.

Note: It is your responsibility to properly identify your returned parcel with your name and current address. The contents of parcels lacking proper identification or a copy of the original invoice will be donated 30 days after receipt.

E-Z Label Pricing

For all exchanges or returns on wigs, the return shipping fee will be a flat rate of $12.95. For all other wig accessories please see our Shipping Rates to calculate the return shipping fee that will be incurred.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily "out of stock", BACKORDERED will appear under "Shipping Status" on your invoice. Your account will not be charged until your item has shipped.

If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel the item or order a new selection by calling 1-800-568-3499.
